		<description>The issue is a matter of  international law not human rights. If a poor person breaks into another person's house to improve his situation, the poor person is still breaking and entering and should be arrested. The police should not be brutal, but the police must still uphold the law and the rights of the owner. 

The same with illegals. It doesn't matter WHY they're coming in; it matters that they are coming in illegally. 

And to counter-argue that "The US does it, why can't they?" is just saying two wrongs make a right.</description>
