Between approximately 9 a.m. on Nov. 10 and approximately 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 11, five showerheads were taken from the sixth floor men’s restroom of Sechrist Hall by unknown suspects.
According to the report, approximately three days prior, the showerheads were taken from the eighth floor.
When the officer dispatched and the reporting party looked at the eighth floor showers, the showerheads were back in place.
The reporting party suspects that there is a “playful battle” between the two floors and it appears they are taking each other’s showerheads. The reporting party said he would talk to the residents on the eighth floor and see if he could resolve these games.

At approximately 8:20 a.m., NAUPD was notified that a subject had violated an Order of Protection.
The victim stated she had received a telephone call from the subject at her workplace. According to the report, the victim had recently obtained an Order of Protection from the Chandler Municipal Court against the subject, who is a student.
NAUPD contacted the subject and read her the Miranda Rights and asked if she understood her rights and would answer questions. The subject replied, stating she did understand and she would respond to questions.
According to the report, the subject stated she had contacted the victim and was told by the victim that she could contact her at the victim’s workplace. This was confirmed by the victim, but she acknowledged that situation was prior to being served with the Order of Protection.
The subject was informed that, by the order, she was not to contact the victim unless it was through the legal system. The subject confirmed that she had not read the order and was told that it was extremely important for her to read it, or else she would be arrested for violating it.
The subject allegedly had many questions to ask and brought up scenarios in which she wanted to see the subject. She was told by officers she could not see the subject under any circumstances, due to the order of protection.
The subject was informed she could be arrested immediately but, due to the county attorney’s request, she was not going to be.
NAUPD asked the subject if she understood she was not to contact the victim in any way; she confirmed that she understood and was escorted out of NAUPD headquarters.
The victim was notified that NAUPD had contacted the subject and the subject knows the consequences of violating the order of protection.
The victim was told to contact the local law enforcement agency if the subject were to violate the Order of Protection again.

The 25 bicycle seats and four bikes that were misplaced during this report are being stored at NAUPD for safekeeping.
An e-mail was allegedly sent out by the on-call RA at Allen, informing residents and possibly Sechrist and Aspen Crossing residents that if they are missing their bike or bike seat they should contact NAUPD.
